| 摘 要： | 球头销是现代汽车的重要部件之一，近年来，对球头销零件感应淬火的硬化层深度、范围和表面粗糙度的要求越来越精确和严格。采用周向磁场和纵向磁场相结合的感应器设计技术达到了球头销的苛刻的硬化层深度要求；在感应加热过程中采用惰性气体和改进的工装夹具改善了淬火区的表面粗糙度。

| Abstract: | The ball head pin is one of the most essential parts in the modem automobile. In recent years, requirements for depth, zone and surface roughness of hardened layer of ball head pin after induction quenching have become more and more strict. Harsh requirements for depth of hardened layer of the ball head pin have been satisfied by using inductor designed to combine circle electromagnetic field with vertical one. Surface roughness of hardened zone of the ball head pin has been improved on by the use of inert gas and reformed fixture during the induction heating. |
