高精度扫描放大器设计与仿真

摘    要:本文采用D类放大器提供磁偏转电子枪所需的扫描电流以满足低功耗、低失真的要求,设计了电压负反馈控制的扫描放大器电路结构,从而显著提高了系统的精度和稳定性,为提高镀膜成功率和薄膜性能创造了有利条件.该电路经Protel DXP软件仿真,完全能够满足真空镀膜机中扫描电子枪的要求.

Abstract:Class D amplifier providing the curren magnetic deflection electron gun needs is adopted in order to meet the requirements of low-power,low distortion in this paper.The scanning amplifier circuit applying the structure of voltage negative feedback is designed.Thereby the precision and stability is improved greatly and The favorable conditions for enhancing the success rate of coating and film property are created.The circuit is simulated by Protel DXP to verify its feasibility.
