野生仙人掌多糖抗氧化性研究

摘    要:从野生绿仙人掌中采用超滤浓缩醇沉法提取并纯化多糖,用55%和80%浓度的乙醇分段醇析分离得两种粗多糖OMHP1和OMHP2。用分光光度法研究了仙人掌多糖在不同体系中对超氧阴离子、羟自由基、DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明,仙人掌多糖能够有效地清除超氧阴离子、羟自由基、DPPH自由基,粗多糖OMHP2的作用效果明显强于OMHP1。

Abstract:Cactus polysaccharides from Opuntia monacantha Haw were extracted and purified by ultrafitration concentration and ethanol precipitation. The extracted polysaccharides were sorted by 55% and 80% concentration ethanol into OMHP1 and OMHP2. The antioxidant potency of the polysaccharides was investigated by spectrophotometry, employing various established in vitra system, such as 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical scavenging. The results revealed that the extracted polysaccharides had significant free radical-scavenging activity, while OMHP2 had higher free radical-scavenging activity than OMHP1.
