摘    要:对比分析了塔河稠油及其沥青的特点,特别是沥青闪点偏低制约了塔河稠油沥青产品质量升级。通过对塔河稠油沥青原料优化,可大幅提高沥青的闪点,生产出合格的高等级沥青产品90号A级道路沥青。对该沥青产品质量进行了热储存跟踪,产品质量合格、稳定。对该沥青混合料进行了评价,各项指标满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求。

Abstract:The article analyzed the characteristics of Tahe heavy oil and asphalt, especially low flash point of asphalt that restricted Tahe heavy oil asphalt product quality upgrading. By optimizing raw material of Tahe heavy oil asphalt, the flash point of asphalt could be improved signifieandy and high 90# grade A road asphalt was produced. The product quality of asphalt was tracked by heat storage, the result showed product quality was qualified and stable. The asphalt mixture was evaluated, the indicators met the requirements of "highway asphalt pavement construction specifications" JTG F40 -2004.
