煤矿井下恒压变频供水系统研究

摘    要:本文设计了PLC控制变频器的煤矿井下恒压供水系统.通过EM235A/D采集系统压力,经PLC PID运算后,通过D/A控制变频器,调节电机转速,实现恒压供水.工业试验表明,用变频技术实现煤矿井下恒压供水具有节约能源及保证系统压力恒定的优点,保障了采掘系统可靠工作.

Abstract:The coal mine constant pressure water supply system was designed that transducer controlled by PLC.The system pressure was acquired through EM235 A/D,the PID algorithm based on PLC control transducer by D/A,regulate motor speed to achieve constant pressure water supply.Industrial test show that constant pressure water supply by variable frequency technology has the advantages of energy conservation and constant pressure,insuring reliable work for the mining extract system.
