| 摘 要： | 对液化石油气气化器的气化过程进行了分析，合理的气化模型应是一种综合沸腾与加热蒸发的混合模型。降低气化器的气化压力可以减少残液量，加强换热，气化压力应控制在0．7MPa以下，计算气化能力合理的方法是采用由实验得到的总换热系数。

| Abstract: | Gasification process Of liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer was analyzed.A reasonable gasification model should be an integrated heating evaporation and boiling mixture model.Reducing gasification pressure of gasifier can reduce the residue and strengthen heat exchanging,the gasification pressure should be controlled under 0.7 MPa(absolute pressure),a reasonable calculation method of gasification capacity should use the total heat transfer coefficient gained from the experiment. |
