摘    要:通过对国内外相关标准关于冷成形压力容器封头热处理的规定进行比较分析,认为除了GB/T 25198—2010《压力容器封头》外,新颁布的GB 150.4—2011《压力容器第4部分:制造、检验和验收》等国内标准和国外相关标准对此项的规定基本一致或接近。GB/T 25198—2010《压力容器封头》中关于冷成形封头热处理的规定欠妥,建议给予修订,使之与国内外相关标准一致,以避免增加不必要的制造成本。

Abstract:Contrasting and analyzing the correlative standard about the provision of the heat treatment of pressure vessel cold forming head at home and abroad. Considering GB 150.4--2011 Pressure Vessel part 4: Manufacture, Test, Acceptance etc. domestic standard which is consti- tuting now is similar to overseas correlative standard, however the provision in GB/T 25198-- 2010 Pressure Vessel Head is defective and it should be modified in order to be consistent with the correlative standard and avoiding unnecessary energy shortage.
