摘    要:焦化厂蒸氨主要采用直接蒸汽法、热泵法、导热油法和管式炉加热法。针对这4种工艺的投资、占地、运行费用、能耗和环保指标进行了比较,热泵法和管式炉加热法在占地、能耗、运行费用方面具有优势。如果焦化厂蒸汽富裕,建议采用热泵法,反之则建议采用管式炉加热法。

Abstract:Direct ammonia stripping process, hot pump process, thermal oil process and pipe still heating process are adopted mainly for the ammonia stripping in coking plants. A comparison is done for the costs of the investment, land occupation, operation, energy consumption and environmental protection indexes of the 4 kinds of the processes. The hot pump process and pipe still heating process have the superiorities in the aspects of land occupation, energy consumption and operation cost. If the coking plants have surplus steam, it is suggested that hot pump process is adopted; if not, it is suggested that pipe still heating process is adopted.
