基于ANSYS地铁入口幕墙钢结构的分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对框支承玻璃幕墙在受组合荷载作用时进行了结构有限元强度分析。通过仿真分析、计算,可以准确地得到各个构件单元的变形及应力大小,从而为改善系统的力学性能提供了理论依据。依据计算结果,可以在满足工程安全的同时,更有利于设计过程中的优化下料,进而节省成本为幕墙公司创造更多的效益。

Abstract:Fulfilling the strength analysis of glass curtain wall with mullion-supporting at the action of combined loads by the finite element analysis software named ANSYS. By the calculation, we could known the properties of structure-supporting which resist real loads. Of course, we can also provide theory foundation for improving mechanical properties. Not only satisfy the project safe, but also be in favor of cutting optimization of design process. Above all, this analysis method save cost of product and create more profits for curtain company.
