摘    要:为了解决硫酸渣精矿成球性能和成品球质量差的问题,研究了配加膨润土润磨对硫酸渣精矿成球性能及球团矿质量指标的影响。结果表明,在膨润土配比为1.7%,混合料水分为15%,润磨时间6min,造球时间15 min,预热温度950℃,生球预热时间6 min,焙烧温度1 210℃,焙烧时间15 min的条件下,可获得抗压强度为3 650 N/个,RI为86.28%,RSI指数为8.16%的成品球团矿。采用润磨技术,有望改善硫酸渣精矿的成球性能及其球团矿质量指标。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor balling properties and poor product pellet quality of pyrite cinder concentrate,the influence of damp milling with addition of bentonite on balling properties and pellet quality index of pyrite cinder concentrate was studied.The result shows that,under the conditions of bentonite proportion 1.7%,water proportion of mixture 15%,damp milling time 6min,balling time 15 min,pre-heating temperature 950 ℃,pre-heating time of green pellet 6 min,roasting temperature 1 210 ℃ and roasting time 15min,pellets with compressive strength 3650N/piece,reduction degree 86.28% and reduction swelling index 8.16% can be obtained.By adopting damp milling technique,the balling performance of pyrite cinder and its pellet quality index are expected to improve.
