摘    要:在负压条件下进行蒸氨操作,成品氨水含氨可控制在8%~14%,废水含氨可控制在0.004%以内。负压蒸氨可以利用塔内负压降低溶液组分的沸点,从而降低蒸馏温度,减少能耗。项目实施后改善了操作环境和大气环境,减少了有害气体的排放。

Abstract:Ammonia stripping is carried out under negative pressure condition. The ammonia content in final product ammonia liquor is controlled in the range from 8% to 14% and the ammonia content in waste water is controlled within 0.004%. The ammonia stripping under negative pressure can lower the boiling points of components in solution by the utilization of the negative in the column so as to lower the distillation temperature and energy consumption. After the implementation of the project, the operation and atmospheric environment can be improved and the discharge of harmful matters is reduced.
