摘    要:基于板式塔主要支撑结构的降液板对整个塔内结构件静、动态性能的关键作用,针对降液板的类型与多个载荷受力,建立板式塔盘降压板在操作工况下的有限元模型并对其结构强度进行分析,提出采用增加加强筋提高降液板顶板整体刚度的方法。采用拓扑优化方法对降液板加强筋的分布位置和数量进行讨论,并比较加强筋板厚度和高度对降液板顶板刚度的影响。

Abstract:In the chemical tower equipments, plate column downcomer, as the main support structure, plays a key role in the static and dynamic performance of the whole tray panel. Ac- cording to the types of downcomer and loads behavior, the finite element model of plate column downcomer has been estimated. The stiffness and strength of structure was studied. The ribs were used to improve the stiffness of structure. The topology optimization method was used to determine the location shape and number of the ribs. The influence on the thickness and height of ribs was discussed. The results may provide the guide for the design of the ribs in the plate col- umn downcomer.
