摘    要:文章通过半导体发光二极管(Light—emittingdiode,LED)的配光曲线,构建单颗LED的理论模型,设计可实现均匀照度的LED排列方式。基于几何光学和辐射照度理论,对满足均匀照明的LED阵列进行分析,推导光源照射到观测屏上的总辐射照度的表达式,使用光学模拟软件建立LED阵列的模型,利用软件进行光线追迹。通过仿真结果分析LED之间排列间距,光源到接收面间距离等因素对于照明均匀性的影响。

Abstract:A theoretical model of a single LED was constructed to design uniform illumination of the ar- rangement by the light distribution curve of the semiconductor light-emitting diode(LED). The LED array was analyzed and the expression of the light source to the total irradiance on the observation screen was derived which based on the theory of geometrical optics and irradiance analysis. The LED array was meeting uniform il- lumination. Three-dimensional model of the LED array was constructed and the ray was traced by using optical simulation software. The factors, such as the space of arrangement between LED and the distance between LED light source and the receiving surface, impacted on the illumination uniformity, which was analyzed by the simulation results.
