Abstract:The small waterplane area twin-hull ship(SWATH),as the special ship for deep sea scientific investigation,has very strict requirements for underwater radiated noise control and self-noise control.In order to control the self-noise of the SWATH ship,the air spring vibration isolation technique was introduced to the 1100 kW diesel generator set,which is the main noise source of the ship.The air spring vibration isolation system was designed,calculated and analyzed.And the vibration test of the diesel generator set was done.It is shown that the design scheme of the air spring vibration isolation has a good vibration isolation effect.It can restrain the vibration transmission from the vibration source to the hull and reduce the self-noise of the whole ship.
