变电站混成自动电压控制策略研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于混成控制理论的变电站电压无功综合控制策略.该控制策略采用无功分层分区平衡优化原则,改进了传统的变电站"九区图"控制方法.新的混成控制策略不仅能够避免OLTC分接头调节、并联电容器的投切引起的振荡问题,还可以及时响应整个电网无功全局优化的调控命令.仿真分析验证了HAVC控制策略的有效性.

Abstract:Based on hybrid control theory,this paper introduces an integrated control strategy of voltage and reactive power in substation.This strategy adopts the hierarchical balance optimization of reactive power and improves the traditional "nine-zone diagram" control method.The new hybrid control strategy not only solves the oscillating problem caused by the change of transformer tap and switching of shunt capacitor,but also responses the global optimal control command of reactive power in time.The simulations have proved the validity of the HAVC control strategy.So this paper has provided a theoretical foundation for the design of the industrial devices of HAVC system in substation.
