青城山旅游地生命周期分析与调控

生命周期是旅游地发展演进过程的基本问题。运用旅游地生命周期理论框架分析各种不同类型旅游地生命周期特点及其规律,透析这些特点及其规律的内在形成机理,可以有效指导旅游地的规划、开发和管理,以延长旅游地生命周期,确保旅游地的可持续发展。本文就青城山旅游地生命周期演化过程以及动力机制进行初步研究。研究表明,青城山目前处于生命周期中的巩固阶段。在影响其生命周期的因素中,供给因素和环境因素起着主导作用,尤其是其中的产品开发设计与旅游地空间竞争对其发展具有较大的制约作用。在此分析的基础上,研究了延长其生命周期的调控措施,提出了实施文化兴旅战略,深度挖掘道教文化;优化旅游产品结构,提升旅游产品质量;加强行业区域合作,实施旅游整合营销;提高从业人员素质,加强人才队伍建设4项对策。

ANALYSIS AND CONTROLS ON LIFE CYCLE OF QINGCHENG MOUNTAIN RESORT

Life cycle plays a key point in resort development. The life cycle theory is used to analyze the life cycle features and rules of variable resorts, studies their inner mechanism, which can be used to guide the planning, development and management in tourism, and extends the life cycle of resorts ensuring a sustainable development. This paper discusses the life cycle evolvement progress and dynamic mechanism in Qingcheng mountain, where has been proven to be in solidifying stage of life cycle. Among the factors, supply and environment play a key role, while the product design and competition act as a big constraint. This paper also presents approaches to life cycle from four aspects, culture, tourism product structure, regional cooperation and human resources.
