| 摘 要： | 介绍了运用照相反腐蚀法进行钢质压花模具的制作过程。在照相腐蚀工艺的基础上增加反腐蚀工序和毛孔花纹的腐蚀制作工序 ,制得不锈钢或碳钢压花板 ;经用于皮革压花试验证明 ,压出的皮革表面花纹具有清晰、自然、立体感强等特点。还对聚乙烯醇感光胶液的配方、显影时间、化学固膜、热坚膜条件以及腐蚀液组成及工艺参数等进行了优化

| Abstract: | It was described the making technological process of leather pressboards molding. The technological process is that the second corrosion process was taken after the photography corrosion process. The results show that the patterns of the leather by carbon steel, or stainless steel leather pressboard molding are clear, natural and permanently. The technical factors of making process of this making method were also studied. |
