| Abstract: | In the rapid development time of the present science and technology, technical innovation capacity is the key for enterprises developing competition. Constructing the technical innovation platform to provide a good environmental space for enterprises technical innovation is the key to propel the technology forward and realize enterprises leapfrog development. From the aspects of the enterprises technical innovation system, encouragement mechanism, technical cooperation, the protection for the intellectual property rights and so on, the paper summed up the succeeded experience of Liaohe Geologging Company. |
