纺丝速度对聚乙交酯纤维结构的影响

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、热失重(TGA)和偏光显微镜(PLM)等方法对聚乙交酯(PGA)纤维的结构进行了分析。DSC和WAXD分析表明,低速纺丝高倍后拉伸的纤维结晶结构较为完善,而高速纺丝低倍后拉伸的纤维结晶状态较差。TGA和PLM分析表明,低速纺丝高倍后拉伸纤维的热稳定性能优于高速纺丝低倍后拉伸的纤维。采用低速纺丝高倍后拉伸的工艺路线可以得到具有较好结构的PGA纤维。

Abstract:The structure of polyglycollide (PGA) fiber was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) , thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and polarized light micrography (PLM). The results showed that the fiber was better in crystal structure and thermal stability at low spinning velocity and high after-drawing ratio than at high spinning velocity and low after-drawing ratio. The fairly good structure of PGA fiber can be obtained at low spinning velocity and high after-drawing ratio.
