摘    要:印制板计算机辅助制造系统(PCB-CAM)是现代化印制板制造厂家生产制造中的关键系统。本文结合杭州三联电子有限公司二期CIMS示范工程的实施3,介绍了基于并行工程思想的PCB-CAM系统的设计。在技术实现过程的设计,统筹规划了该系统与上、下游信息的集成。

Abstract:Printed Circuit Board Computer Aided Manufacture (PCB CAM) System is the key system in the production process for the modern printed circuit manufactory. In this paper, with the introduction of implement of the second stage of the CIMS model project of HangZhou TriUnion Electronic Co. Lmt,the PCB CAM design based on the Concurrent Engineering technology is presented. This paper also proposes how to integrate the upper stream and low stream information strategically in the application of the technology.
