摘    要:应用X射线衍射方法测量了4A分子筛的结晶度,并对影响结晶度的主要因素进行了探讨,通过空气散射校正、Compton散射消除和无定型散射曲线识别等步骤来确定其结晶度。结果表明,如果在实际工作中不考虑D(s)这个无序函数,得到的Xc曲线偏低,偏差较大.这种变化将会直接影响分子筛催化剂在催化反应过程中产品收率和反应选择性。

Abstract:Crystallinity of a molecular sieve was measured by means of X-rays diffraction, while the calculative formula and the main factors influencing crystallinity were discussed. The results showed that if the disorder function D(s) is not taken into account, the obtained curve will be on the low side, and the deviation will be relatively high. This change will directly influence the product yield and the selectivity of the reaction process catalyzed by molecular sieve catalysts.
