摘    要:从送电线路导线初始应力和稳定运行应力的差异以及这种差异对导线风偏上拔状态的影响,对设计时应选择的验算条件进行探讨。

Abstract:Starting with the difference between original stress and stable operation stress of the conductor, and aiming at the effect that conductor is slanted and pulled up by wind since this difference in transmission line, this paper gives a discussion on which checking computation condition should be selected when a transmission line will be designed.
