| 摘 要： | 运用蒸发结晶原理阐述了烧碱蒸发过程中结晶盐的处理设备与处理工艺，强调了结晶质量在盐碱分离中的重要性，提出了科学合理的自控模型。介绍了自行设计，制造的液封式疏水器的使用效果及Ⅲ效真空系统的改造情况。

| Abstract: | The treatment equipment and process of the crystallized salt in caustic soda evaporation are related by using the principle of evaporation and crystallization.The importance of the crystalline quality in the salt-alkali separation is emphasized.A scientific and reasonable autocontrol-model is suggested.The service effect of the liquid-seal trap designed and manufactured by the company itself is introduced,as well as the reforming of three-effect vacuum system. |
