摘    要:阐述了国内外的各种主要脱铜方法;电场下钢水脱铜方法.该方法立意很新,即通过施加特殊电场,在阴极附近富集铜离子,在此基础上加选定的脱铜剂发生脱铜反应进行钢水脱铜.通过实验室钢水中铜的富集试验,结合工业现场情况,初步探讨了电场下钢水脱铜的工业应用的可行性.该种脱铜方法有一定的工业试验基础,在冶金工业上有着很广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Various decopperization methods of molten steel both at home and abroad, particularly the one by electric field are described in the paper. In the novel decopperization method by electric field, special electric field is applied to the molten steel to bring about an enrichment of copper ions around the cathode area. Decopperization reaction took placed in the copper-enricbed areas by adding decopperizing agents into the molten steel. The feasibility of industrial application of the method was discussed based on the experiment results. Having been preliminarily tested in production field, the method seems to have a good prospect of application.
