| 摘 要： | 应用单克隆抗体建立ELISA双抗体夹心法,用于临床检测人血清纤维蛋白(原)降解产物碎片E、敏感性好、特异性强、线性定量范围大。单克隆抗体与常规多抗比较,两者的阳性检出率一致。

| Abstract: | ELISA double antibodies sandwich method was established and used to detect the fragment E of human serum FDP in clinical trial. The result showed that the method showed good sensitivity and specificity, and the range of linear quantitation was wide. No difference was found between the positive rates detected by using monoclonal antibody and polyclonal antibody. |
