Some Ideas on Organizing Engineering Design Under Market Economy

The Paper elaborates that the main body of investment of a project,under the system of socialist market economy,has already changed from the planned economy period giving priority to the governments at all levels into the socialist market economy period of multiple main bodies of investment including the state,the private and the foreign.In this case,the chief designer of a project should ensure that the requirements of the customer should be met and the national laws,regulations and rules shall not disobey during the management of engineering design.
