聚丙烯酰胺装置输料风机副叶轮密封改造

摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺装置输料风机密封由普通骨架油封改造为铜质梳齿密封后效果较好,但是梳齿密封间隙要求范围小(0.20mm),如果风机轴磨损,铜梳齿密封间隙仍然超差导致泄漏。我们及时对输料风机运行转速进行测算,对其进行进一步改造,并确立为2008年技术攻关项目。经过计算,在风机叶轮轮毂上增加背叶片(副叶轮),形成负压密封腔,阻止物料在高速状态SPAN油气外泄,减少铜质梳齿密封的工作压力,同时将梳齿密封作为辅助静止密封,保证输料风机特殊的密封要求。

Abstract:Conveying fans are in good seal state since we replaced general framework seal with copper comb seal in PAM unit. The gap of comb seal is in a narrow range (0.20mm). If the fan shafts wear,copper comb seal gap increased,it will have seal leakage. We put this problem as a technology research project in 2008.
