摘    要:常规铸造超高碳钢晶粒粗大,晶界处有粗大的碳化物网络,所以脆性很高,机加工性能极差。喷射成形超高碳钢晶粒则大为细化,粗大的晶界碳化物得到消除,碳化物网络变得相当细密。但是可能由于工艺本身的特点,组织中会出现一些微细孔。该材料经等温锻造处理以后,能消除喷射成形工艺引入的微细孔,提高致密度,同时细化组织,提高材料的综合力学性能。

Abstract:The conventionally cast 1.8C-1.6Al UHCS is brittle at the room temperature because of its big grains and carbide networks along the grains boundaries and is hardly machined. The as-sprayed 1.8C-1.6Al UHCS has finer grains, the big carbide networks in the grain boundary are eliminated and the carbide networks become finer. But some pores are formed for reason of the spray forming process itself. The isothermal forging process was used to eliminate the pores so that the material became denser. At the same time, the microstructure was refined and a significant improvement on mechanical properties was achieved.
