基于注塑件收缩率预测的模具型腔尺寸生成方法研究

摘    要:针对注射模具CAD/CAM系统普遍采用平均收缩率来计算模具型腔尺寸所存在的不足,提出基于注塑件的收缩率预测结果生成模具成型尺寸的方法,并给出注塑件尺寸与模具成型尺寸之间的换算方法。最后通过反求工程中的曲面重构技术完成模具型腔表面的造型。

Abstract:The injection mould CAD/CAM system generally adopts average shrinkage of the polymer to calculate the dimension of mould cavity,but it could not satisfied the precision requirement of injection parts.Aiming at the problem,a new method based on the prediction of shrinkage of injection parts to decide mould cavity is brought forward,and the conversion rule is also developed.In the end,through surface reconstruction in reverse engineering,the geometric model of injection mould is created.
