钢管3PE防腐层外观缺陷分析及控制

摘    要:为了进一步提高埋地管道的安全性能和使用寿命,对钢管3PE防腐层常见的外观缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,并根据缩孔、水击点、气泡、皱褶、搭接、杂质、划痕和压痕等外观缺陷的成因,提出了控制生产环境湿度、选择优质原材料、调整冷却方式、控制压辊的硬度及压力等防治措施。同时指出,在钢管的3PE外防腐生产过程中,除了要采用先进的工艺装备,掌握生产关键技术即钢管的表面处理技术和成型技术是生产的关键。

Abstract:In order to further improve the safety performance and service life of buried pipelines, the causes of the common appearance defects of 3PE anti-corrosive coatings were analyzed. At the same time, according to the causes of appearance defects such as shrinkage holes, water hammer points, bubbles, wrinkles, lap joints, impurities, scratches and indentations, it is proposed to control and prevention measures such as control the production environment humidity, select high-quality raw materials, adjust the cool method, and control the hardness of the pressure roller. At the same time, it is pointed out that in the process of anti-corrosion production of steel pipe 3PE, in addition to the use of advanced technology and equipment, it is necessary to master the key technology of production, namely the surface treatment technology and molding technology of steel pipe is the key to production.
