摘    要:为了提高油气长输管道聚乙烯防腐层的防腐质量,对管道防腐用聚乙烯热收缩材料EVA热熔胶的热反应过程进行了分析,对不同预热温度下EVA热熔胶的粘结强度进行了对比试验。通过对EVA热熔胶的DSC扫描曲线可以看出,热熔胶的最大活化程度出现在111.6~123.7 ℃,由此可以确定最佳热熔烘烤温度为116.28 ℃。通过剥离强度对比试验,明确了钢管预热温度与烘烤温度的温差对热熔胶粘接强度的影响。结果表明,EVA热熔胶的最佳热熔烘烤温度为116.28 ℃,钢管预热温度与烘烤温度的差值在7.5~51.33 ℃时可以获得较好的粘结强度。

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-corrosion quality of polyethylene anti-corrosion coating in oil and gas long-distance pipeline, the thermal reaction process of polyethylene heat-shrinkable material EVA hot-melt adhesive for pipeline anti-corrosion was analyzed, and the bonding strength of EVA hot-melt adhesive under different preheating temperatures was comparative test. It can be seen from the DSC scan curve of EVA hot melt adhesive that the maximum activation degree of hot melt adhesive appears at 111.6~123.7 °C, which can determine the optimum hot melt baking temperature is 116.28 °C. Through the peel strength comparison test, the influence of the temperature difference between the preheating temperature and the baking temperature of the steel tube on the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive was clarified. The results show that the optimum hot-melt baking temperature of EVA hot melt adhesive is 116.28 °C, and the difference of preheating temperature and baking temperature of steel pipe is 7.5~51.33 °C.
