摘    要:针对目前国内钢管涂塑设备在安装后需要进行二次改造才能满足生产要求的问题,设计了一种钢管涂塑设备三段式生产线,并对原有涂塑工艺进行了改进。该三段式生产线由两段式结构改进而来,钢管内外表面处理后首先进行预热内涂,随后表干进行外涂,待外涂层固化即完成整个涂装作业。采用该种设计,涂塑生产可覆盖直径15~500 mm的钢管,并能有效解决钢管内外表面涂塑中存在的工艺支点问题,可达到多种涂塑工艺要求。

Design and Application of Three-stage Steel Pipe Coating Equipment

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the domestic steel pipe coating equipment needs to be re-engineered after installation to meet the production requirements, a three-stage production line for steel pipe coating equipment was designed, and the original plastic coating process was improved. The three-stage production line is improved by a two-stage structure. After the surfaces of the steel pipe inner and outer are treated, the inner coating is first performed under preheating, and then the surface is dried for external coating, and the entire coating operation is completed when the outer coating is cured. With this design, the coating can cover the steel pipe with a diameter of 15 to 500 mm, and can effectively solve the problem of the process fulcrum existing in the inner and outer surface coating of the steel pipe, and can meet various coating process requirements.
