钢管涂塑生产线粉末分色回收装置的研制

为了解决目前国内企业普遍采用的钢管涂塑生产线粉末回收装置存在的无法连续回收粉末、无法快速转换粉末颜色等问题，设计了粉末分色回收装置。该回收装置采用7套分色箱，通过阀门变换进出管道，使不同颜色的粉末各自进入对应的独立通道，达到灵活变换颜色的目的，同时具有自动清粉和自动回粉功能；回收装置形状规则，利于标准厂房钢管涂塑生产线配套施工，不影响生产线正常运行。粉末分色回收装置经生产线配套使用，产品质量满足相关标准要求，且减少了涂料消耗和粉尘污染，降低了生产成本。

The Research of the Recycling Equipment for Color Separation Powder Recyclein the Steel Pipe Covered Plastic Production Line

In order to solve the problems that the powder recycling equipment of the steel pipe coating production line commonly used by domestic enterprises can not continuously use recycled powder and can not quickly change the color of the powder， so a powder color separation recovery device is designed. The recycling device adopts 7 sets of color separation boxes， which are transformed into and out of the pipeline through valves， so that powders of different colors respectively enter corresponding independent channels， thereby achieving the purpose of flexible color conversion， and having automatic powder cleaning and automatic powder returning function. The shape of the recycling device is conducive to the construction of the standard factory steel pipe plastic production line， which does not to affect the normal operation of the production line. The powder color separation recovery device is used in the production line， the product quality meets the relevant standards， and the paint consumption and dust pollution are reduced， and the production cost is reduced.
