盖包球化处理工艺的盖包设计与应用

摘    要:重点介绍了加盖球化处理包的类型和设计特点,认为一种可活动升降式加盖包较为适合笔者工厂的生产条件,同时指出了设计和使用这种包盖的注意事项。实际生产数据表明:加盖包球化处理工艺可降低排放,使铁液球化质量趋于稳定,可减少球化处理的温降,并明显减少处理后的渣量。

Abstract:Types and design characteristics of tundish ladles used for nodularizing treatment were mainly introduced. It'sconsidered that a sort of ladle with lifting and lowering-able tundish is quite suitable to the conditions of author's foundry,and the matters to be attended to for design and usage of this type of tundish were pointed out. Practical production datashowed that it's possible, by adopting tundish ladle process, to reduce discharge of pollutants, stabilize the nodularizing quality of the iron melt, reduce temperature drop of nodularizing treatment and obviously reduce slag quantity caused by nodularizing treatment.
