| 摘 要： | 为创新研究哈尔滨松花江北岸＂超级堤＂暨景观大道,征地调查可研阶段的新方法新思路,有效地保证＂超级堤＂两侧土地利用现状调查成果的现势性和准确性,黑龙江省水利水电勘测设计研究院测绘处在承担哈尔滨市江北＂超级堤＂暨景观大道征地测量中,探索出一套手持GPS接收机应用于该测量征地调查的程序和方法,为征地调查提供了新的技术途径与方法。

| Abstract: | In order to explore and research the new method and new thought about land requisition survey in the feasibility study stage of the super-dike,namely scenic road project along northern bank of the Songhua River in Harbin City,guarantee effectively the correction of the land use status and the surveyed results on both sides of the super-dike,Surveying Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Water Conservancy & Hydroelectric Power Investigation,Design and Research Institute explored a set of the procedure and method applying handheld GPS receiver in land requisition survey for super-dike and scenic road project and provided a new technological way and method for land requisition survey. |
