| 摘 要： | 在分析城市土地集约利用评价的内涵和意义基础上,从评价指标选取、评价指标体系构建和评价方法三个方面论述了我国城市土地集约利用评价的研究进展。最后对城市土地集约利用评价的研究趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of con-notation and significance of evaluation of urban land intensive use. This paper reviews the related researches to the evaluation of urban land intensive use from three aspects:selection of evalua-tion indicators,construction of evalua-tion index system and application of evaluation methods. The paper ends with the prospects of the developing trends of the evaluation of urban land intensive use. |
