摘    要:薄壁孔工件的加工是机械加工中较难处理的问题,介绍了薄壁孔加工容易出现的问题,通过改进硬质合金镗孔刀结构中几何角度和刀具参数,选择适宜的切削用量,提高工艺的统一性,使薄壁孔的加工质量明显提高,加工后的工件符合设计要求,加工效率显著提高。

Abstract:Thin - walled hole were difficult to be tackled in mechanical industry. Introduced the concentrated problem that the thin - walled hole manufactured easily arises. The manufacturing quality of thin - walled hole was apparently enhanced, through modifying the tool geometrical angle and cutting edge parameter of tungsten carbide structure, selecting adequate cutting consumption and improving the unity of technology. Then the manufacture work - piece not only meets with the requirement of design, but the efficiency of manufacture has a significant improvement.
