摘 要: | 摘要:单相异步电机被广泛用于人们的生活中,其噪声和振动的好坏,是判定电机优劣的一个重要指标。本文通过对水泵电机的振动进行测试分析,从而来解决了水泵振动大的一个问题。通过在转频下振动幅值的大小来判断电机动平衡好坏,从而来解决问题。

Abstract: | Abstract:Single Phase asynchronous motor is widely used in our life, but the vibration is a big problem, and good or bad vibration is an index to decide the motor. It is solved the vibration problem through the vibration testing and analysis in this paper. And judge the dynamic balance of the rotor through the method of seeing the vibration magnitude at rotational frequency. And then solve this vibration problem |
