摘    要:讨论了虚拟样机技术在继电器设计开发过程中的重要意义及开发电磁继电器机械虚拟样机系统的必要性;采用基于多体动力学原理的软件包ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS参数化建立了继电器的机械系统模型;采用电磁场有限元计算软件FLUX计算其电磁吸力,作为机械系统运动激励的数据来源,用Fortran编制dll文件实现了驱动力的加载;采用C Builder编制了用户界面并实现了各软件之间的调用及参数的传递。该仿真系统应用于某型号继电器机械系统的优化过程,通过试验测试了继电器的电流动态特性,证明了仿真模型的正确性,并通过修改建模参数提高了继电器机械系统的性能。

Abstract:The significance of virtual prototyping technology on relay and the necessity of development of the mechanical virtual prototype system of electromagnetic relay are discussed.A parameterized mechanical system model of relay is set up adopting the software package ADAMS which is based on the theory of multi-body dynamics and the finite element analyzed software ANSYS.As the data source of mechanical system driving force,the magnetic force is calculated by the electromagnetic field finite element calculated software FLUX and driving force can be loaded on by the dll document which is developed by fortran language.The customer interface is established and the calling of every software and parameter delivery are realized by the C Builder.This simulation system has been applied in the optimization of a certain model relay.The model is confirmed by the experiments on current dynamic characteristic of relay.The performance of mechanical system of relay is advanced by modifying the parameters of model.
