硼酸对于混凝土腐蚀影响的试验研究

摘    要:采用人工模拟酸性环境而加速腐蚀的试验方法,对硼酸环境下混凝土的基本性能进行了试验研究。试验测定了在三种质量分数(2200×10-6,8000×10-6,30000×10-6)硼酸溶液浸泡条件下混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、静力受压弹性模量等力学性能,并采用X射线衍射分析法,对硼酸浸泡条件下的混凝土进行了成分分析。试验表明硼酸对于混凝土的腐蚀能力较弱,对混凝土基本力学性能的影响作用很小。

Abstract:By the method of artificial simulating of acid environment for accelerated corrosion,the tests of basic mechanical properlies of concrete in various concentration of boric solution(2000ppm,8000ppm,30000ppm) were carried out.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,elastic modulus of concrete and some of the performance parameters were measured,and the composition of the concrete corrosed by boric acid has been analyzed with the X ray diffraction.The results show that,for the concrete the corrosiveness of boric acid is weak and the influence of boric acid on the basic mechanical performance of concrete is little.
