| Abstract: | This paper introduces the status quo of the process and equipment for producing iodized salt in China based on some comparisons and analyses. In combination with the new standard for iodine content which will be promulgated by Ministry of Health, suggestions are put forward for the improvement of producing iodized salt with high accuracy so as to suit the new situation It is hoped that these suggestions can be of some reference to iodized salt producers. |
