| 摘 要： | 介绍了液体沸腾传热机理和T形翅片管卧式重沸器传热机理,阐述了ST形翅片管卧式重沸器 在己烷油装置中的应用。应用结果表明,采用ST形翅片管使系统操作更为安全,增强了传热效果,减少了 维修工作量而又不增加设备投资费用,且消除了扩能"瓶颈"。

| Abstract: | The liquid boiling heat transfer mechanism and ST shape finned tube horizontal re-boiler heat transfer mechanism was recommended. The application of ST shape finned tube horizontal reboiler on ethane oil unit was mentioned. The application result showed that: By using ST shape finned tube,the system operation was more safe, the heat transfer effectiveness was enhanced,the maintenance working was decreased, the equipment cost did not increased, and the bottle neck of energy-expanding was e-liminated. |
