| 摘 要： | 依据齿条刀具范成法加工非圆齿轮的原理,建立齿条刀具和非圆齿轮节曲线数学模型,模拟齿条刀具加工中齿廓形成过程,在Matlab中计算出包括齿根、齿根过渡曲线、齿顶及渐开线在内的非圆齿轮的全部齿廓点数据.将齿廓数据导入UG,生成齿廓样条曲线,完成非圆齿轮的三维建模.设计结果表明,利用Matlab和UG建立的非圆齿轮的三维模型... |

| Abstract: | Based on the tooth profile generating theory of rack-shaped cutter of noncircular gear,the mathematical model of rack cutter and pitch curve of noncircular gear are established.By simulating the forming process of tooth profile with rack cutter,all non-circular gear tooth profile point data are calculated in Matlab,including the tooth root and addendum curve,tooth root transition curve and involutes curve.The tooth profile point data document consistent with Matlab is imported into UG,fitted to spline curve... |
