摘    要:目前,机车牵引齿轮向着高速重载的方向发展,齿轮的失效形式呈现多样化,为齿轮的设计带来了越来越多的困难.讨论了牵引齿轮的选材、参数设计、热处理工艺和修形设计.最后对机车齿轮的发展前景做了展望.

Abstract:At present,the features of electric locomotive traction gears are high-speed and heavy-load,which bring more forms of gear failure,and more difficulty for gear design.The material selection,parameter design,heat-treatment process and modification design for the gears are discussed.Finally,the development future of the gears is prospected.
