预紧力对行星滚柱丝杠轴向变形及摩擦的影响

摘    要:介绍了一种比较常用的预紧力的施加方法,分别研究了预紧力对行星滚柱丝杠副的轴向变形及摩擦力的影响,找出预紧力与二者之间的关系并分别建立其数学模型,作出预紧力对轴向变形以及摩擦力的影响的关系图,最后通过分析计算给出一个恰当的预紧力的范围,为设计和安装提供依据.

Abstract:A method of applied preload used in common is introduced,and then the influence of the preload making on axial deformation and friction of the planetary roller screw is studied,and their relationship is found out,the mathematical model of the relationship is put forward and the figure of the model is got.At last,a proper range of the preload is given by analysis and caculation,the basis of design and installation is provided.
