直升机传动系统健康管理技术

摘    要:初步开发了用于直升机传动系统的健康管理系统THM,介绍了该系统所采用的技术,包括系统的总体概貌及总体构架,损伤预测步骤及方法.对该系统的改进方案进行了研究.THM系统已在我国某直升机传动系统上得到应用和验证,为该传动系统顺利通过试飞考核发挥了重要作用.

Abstract:Health management techniques using in a helicopter transmission system(THM) are presented,the technology using in the system including outline of the system,frame of the system and the procedures of the damage prediction are introduced.The improvement scheme of the system is proposed and investigated.THM system is applied and demonstrated on a helicopter transmission system,and play an important role for the transmission system passing test flight.
