摘    要:在准双曲面齿轮的传动中,轮齿齿面啮合印痕的位置、大小、形状,被视为检测准双曲面齿轮装配质量的主要指标.在对准双曲面齿轮的啮合印痕图像进行灰度空间分析的基础上,采用分段线性灰度变换的方式,对啮合印痕图像进行增强处理,增强其印痕区域的对比度,突出其印痕区域及齿廓的边缘,最后运用Canny算子对齿轮的啮合印痕图像进行边缘提取...

Abstract:For the transmission with hypoid gear,the position,size and shape of the gearing mesh mark are the main parameters of testing the assembly quality of hypoid gear.Based on the analysis of the gray scale of the gearing mesh mark, the image is enhanced by the way of piecewise linear gray transformation.The edge of the gearing mesh mark and tooth profile is highlighted through enhancing its contrast.Then the image edge is extract by the Canny operator.The final results show that the method is available in the p...
