| 摘 要： | 由于塔材钢基体的化学成分硅元素的影响,电力铁塔热镀锌时会发生圣德林(Sandelin)效应,经常造成塔材镀锌层色泽灰暗、锌层附着性差、厚度不均匀等质量缺陷.为配合国家电网公司“两型三新”电网建设,采用在锌浴中加入适量Ni含量为2％的Zn-Ni合金,能有效地抑制圣德林效应的发生,改善镀件外观质量,提高锌层的耐蚀性能.

| Abstract: | With the influence of silicon,Sandelin effect happened invariably in the process of galvanizing which cause mass defect.When Zn-Ni alloy be added,sandelin effect could be suppressed effectively,thus,improve exterior appearance and increase corrosion-resistant capability of galvanized-layer. |
