风电机组螺栓联接拉伸预紧分析

摘    要:指出了风力发电机组螺栓联接拉伸预紧过程中存在“超拉”现象,对该过程进行了有限元分析,得到了剩余夹紧力与施加拉力之间的关系.将关系式应用到某机组的螺栓联接计算,给出了合适的预拉伸力值.分析方法对于合理布置工艺、保证螺栓联接的有效性有重要指导意义.

Abstract:Over draw in bolt pretention of wind turbine is analyzed by using finite element method.Relationship between remain clamping force and pretention force is obtained.Appropriate pretention force of a wind turbine is calculated by applying the relationship.The analysis method offered significant guidance for reasonable arrange process and ensure the validity of bolt.
