摘    要:以EPS减速装置的蜗轮蜗杆副为研究对象,运用齿轮啮合原理和刀具切削原理,并结合实际加工刀具参数,范成法求解齿廓曲线方程,通过对UG的二次开发,建立人机交互界面,实现了蜗轮蜗杆副自动精确建模系统的开发,并在此基础上进行蜗杆传动的接触有限元分析,得到啮合副接触应力云图,并对比传统接触应力计算公式,为蜗杆传动的接触应力的校核...
